Co.marca was born in 2010 as a degree project by two Social Communication students from the University of Cauca, with the aim of creating a platform for publishing the journalistic work of the Social Communication students from the University of Cauca, where topics of public interest are delved into and where characters and situations that other local media do not cover are made visible. In 2013 and 2014, a group of students took up this project, which was still in print, and aimed to create a medium where Information and Communication Technologies were included. It is for this reason that Co.marca Digital was born, a virtual platform where, in addition to written content, works carried out in different journalistic formats are made visible, created and shared; such as radio, audiovisual and photography. Hpy has a history of 14 years, with a media laboratory where the region is counted.
