Diarios Ciudadanos Mi Voz

http://www.mivoz.cl/
Independent company dedicated to regional news and citizen journalism. Throughout Chile it has 14 media outlets in 13 regions. The first site was published on September 13, 2005, with the first edition of El Morrocotudo. Milestone that occurs in the city of Arica and that gives rise to this network of citizen newspapers. The community around this network is more than 10,000 citizen correspondents, most of whom have participated in social web and participatory journalism training. These publish their news, columns, interviews, among other types of content, which after being reviewed by the team of professionals in the regions, are published in their daily editions. Their editorial line is defined as broad and inclusive. Open to the voices of those who make up a community (authorities, citizens, leaders, among others) so that "they have the possibility to express themselves, influence, dialogue and act on the relevant issues experienced by communes, cities and regions".
