El Sartén Caliente is a blog dedicated to gastronomy in Costa Rica. Its founder, Melvin Molina, is a eater by nature and also a journalist. He studies photography at university, likes to cook, and hopes to one day dust off his guitar and learn to play it. Although he loves to say that tomahawk steak is his favorite cut of beef, the truth is that he has only tried it once. He is learning to drink coffee, he is in love with authentic Chinese food and sushi, but he still enjoys some fries from Lobo soda in San Rafael de Heredia, in Costa Rica. The adventure began in 2011, as a space dedicated to gastronomy as a hobby and at the same time a guide to guide other lovers of good food.
