Enfant Terrible is a cooperative and self-managed media that emerged in the city of Córdoba in 2018, with the aim of offering popular and community communication. Its focus is on social and political issues, such as environmentalism, gender and human rights, and its editorial line is characterized by questioning the grand narratives imposed by traditional media and power structures. The medium is inspired by various traditions of political militancy and popular knowledge, including the ancestral knowledge of indigenous peoples, and has its roots in key historical events such as the Cordobazo, the memories of the victims of State terrorism, feminist struggles and resistance against environmental pollution. With a journalism proposal Committed and transformative, Enfant Terrible is committed to amplifying the voices of social and political struggles that are often made invisible by traditional media, always with a focus on community and self-management. Communication, for Enfant Terrible, is not only a tool of information, but a tool of resistance and collective political action.
