enREDando is a popular, community and self-managed communication project promoted by the Nodo Tau Civil Association in Rosario, Argentina. Founded in 1995 by a group of professionals linked to information technology and social militancy, the digital portal was created within the framework of the enREDando Program in 2002. Its mission is to promote communication as a fundamental human right, understanding that the media not only inform, but are also responsible for producing meanings and symbolic content that influence the interpretation of reality.
