FarmingFarmersFarms (FFF) is a Nigeria-based agricultural newsroom reporting on farming, environmental issues and rural enterprise for a national audience. Established in April 2022 and headquartered in Ibadan, Oyo State, it publishes original news, explainers, interviews and editorials that connect policy to on‑farm realities. Coverage spans food security, climate impacts, agritech, land use, value chains, nutrition and the legal frameworks that shape agriculture, reflected in recurring strands such as Women in Agriculture, Youths in Agriculture, Farming and the Law, Environment and Agribusiness. FFF also produces AgroFastCheck, a recurring segment, and maintains a growing directory of farms and input suppliers compiled through field reporting and farm visits. Beyond publishing, the outlet convenes the National Conference on Agricultural Journalism, launching the maiden edition in Abuja in 2023 with partners including Prime Progress and the Journalism Communication and Media Centre, and staging a follow‑up edition in Lagos in 2024. Governance is provided by a technical board chaired by Prof. Olusegun Folorunso, with Dr. Adewale Kupoluyi serving as Editor‑in‑Chief. FFF is published by FFF Publications and Services Company Limited and states core values of editorial independence, fairness and integrity, alongside a mission to use agricultural journalism to empower people in a legally and environmentally friendly society. Through focused reporting and sector convenings, it serves farmers, agribusiness leaders, researchers and policymakers while advancing practical conversations on Nigeria’s food system.
