Inside Story is an exclusively digital subscription-based media outlet that publishes investigative and in-depth journalism.

In its six years of activity, Inside Story has published more than 3,500 articles and investigations on issues of public interest concerning Greece's population and related to the country's politics, international relations, economy, culture, and many other matters.

Inside Story emphasises original, long-form reporting and explanatory journalism. It reports on issues of everyday life, presenting the story behind the news to expose its implications, understand the connections, and ultimately, acknowledge what is going on.

It was launched in 2016, aiming to restore the lost trust in the media and introduce a business model characterised by community connection, transparency, and quality research in the Greek journalism ecosystem. It promotes practices and methods of participatory and engaged journalism. In the past, it has organised open newsroom events and workshops to bring together journalists and readers to brainstorm and collaborate on different stories.

In the summer of 2022, journalists Eliza Triantafillou and Tasos Telloglou published a series of investigative reports on a spyware and wiretapping scandal in Greece. Other critical and impactful publications have been about migration management, banking corruption, and civil administration.
