JournalismPlus is a media outlet founded and run by Victor Paul Borg, who has worked as a full-time journalist, writer, and photographer for 24 years.

The website was launched at the beginning of 2022 to continue doing self-generated journalistic investigations and in-depth, well-illustrated, researched reportage. The investigations and analysis focus on crucial topics such as Malta's environment and planning laws, the country's rule of law, digital nomads, and stories about the media industry in Malta.

It aims to publish journalism articles with impact, so it does not target a mass audience directly. Instead, it presents in-depth stories written to appeal to a core readership. This readership includes regulatory bodies, advocacy groups, and NGOs that can use the website's features in investigations and actionable material.

The website's newsletter gives subscribers additional exclusive information on ongoing investigations. In some cases, particularly concerning Malta's environment and planning laws, Borg uses his work to submit evidence to planning boards to preserve an area's landscape from development.
