La H Parlante is a Bolivian political media outlet. "Data, not slogans" is their slogan. Addresses the topics of political science, communication and culture. Its publications are informative, projections and current analysis, as well as with a historical perspective. To a lesser extent, it publishes vignettes of characters. Its content, without having explicit calls to action, generates conversations and debates led by its followers, among whom are opinion leaders. During the Bolivian electoral conflict at the end of 2019, La H Parlante was an analytical reference that managed to differentiate itself between extremely polarized information flows. In the blog, the founder describes that "he gained the final permission to speak without measuring or calculating," as well as indicating that his journalistic work "does not depend on anyone other than good judgment." La H Parlante was founded in 2017 by Rafael Archondo, whose journalistic career in traditional Bolivian media exceeds 30 years. Currently, Archondo resides in Puebla, Mexico, where he is a university professor, and publishes columns in traditional Bolivian media, in addition to being responsible for La H Parlante. "Writing about Bolivia from Puebla has allowed us to do so with the required critical distance, but also with greater independence from both the powers that be and the prevailing currents of opinion. In these years, the H has been accused of serving the interests of the Movement towards Socialism [political party led by Evo Morales], but also of the opposite. To keep silent about something out of convenience would be equivalent to the H becoming silent again," explains the founder. Currently, Archondo is exploring business models appropriate for its editorial line and its audiences.
