La Marea Noticias is a website dedicated to the production and dissemination of information and training content, with a focus on gender and rights. It was established on March 8, 2019 as a self-managed medium with the intention of contributing to the feminist movement and the democratization of access to training. The platform strives to address and make visible realities that are often overlooked, particularly those that do not have a prominent presence in large cities, thus promoting the decentralization of information. In March 2023, La Marea Noticias was declared of legislative interest by the Legislature of Córdoba due to their contribution to the promotion of a just society without gender discrimination. In addition, he won second prize in the "José Luis Cabezas" in 2019 for her work "Now that they do see us", awarded by the Deliberative Council of Río Cuarto in recognition of the journalistic work of photojournalists and cameramen. Since its inception, La Marea Noticias has been committed to the production of content related to various gender issues both at the provincial and national level. They have also presented communication and training projects with a gender perspective in collaboration with the Museum of Anthropology and the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities of the National University of Córdoba.
