La Verdad del Este is a digital newspaper that was born at the beginning of 2019 and came to light in the month of August of that same year, as an initiative promoted by journalist Glenys Robles, who decided to develop this journalistic project as a way to strengthen the written media in the region by providing this modern, innovative, high-quality news medium, with ethics and its own voice to the eastern region of the country, based in the Hato Mayor province. La Verdad del Este has the support of a team of young journalists who committed to the project and report events from each of the provinces in the region; in addition to having professionals from different areas who write articles of interest to the entire population.Mission: To truthfully report news, cultural and entertainment events in the eastern region, the country and the world, with high respect for professional journalistic ethics, through content attached to good values ​​and truth.Vision: To be the information medium with the greatest reach and prestige in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic and establish parameters in the market to achieve positioning and profitability based on truthful content and quality.  Values: Transparency, credibility, social responsibility, integrity, professionalism, objectivity, impartiality and innovation
