Manati | Somos Lo Que Contamos

https://manati.mx/
Manatí is a content platform that is responsible for covering issues in Puebla related to politics, gender, culture, entertainment and social movements with a human rights perspective whose mission is to inform, entertain and build a community that reflects on the context in which it operates. Since its founding, it has received some recognitions, among which are the Municipal Transmedia Journalism Award with the report The (empty) plate of childhoods in Puebla (2021). Likewise, it has obtained financing from organizations to produce journalistic materials, among which the Consortium to Support Independent Journalism in the Latin American Region (CAPIR) and Internews stand out. Some of his works have also been replicated in media with national impact such as Animal Político and Reporte Índigo and he has collaborated with local media such as Lado B, El Popular and Poblanerías. Why Manatee? The name reflects the essence of the medium: A manatee is an animal that is always in search of food, that is why the "ManaTeam" is constantly searching for stories and ideas to nourish its audiences.  Furthermore, just as manatees can live in fresh and salt water, our platform adapts to various formats, presenting its content in text, audio, image, and video.
