Marginalia is an independent media outlet reporting on human rights and promoting law and justice education in Bulgaria. It is managed by the NGO Marginalia.

The human rights activist and journalist Yuliana Metodieva and a small group of university professors, activists, and experts founded the media project.

The media outlet finances itself with donations from readers through Patreon.
