Investigative Journalism is not only a means of communication, it is a transformative force that challenges corruption and promotes social justice. From its origins to its commitment to the democratization of information and the transition to new leadership, this medium has taken a bold step into a new era by introducing innovative segments. “Brave Stories” highlights chronicles of resilient individuals. The podcasts, “Esto Ya Lo Dijo Villavicencio” and “Habla Serio,” take stories to a new level, while workshops and seminars focus on enriching young journalism. On social networks, we disseminate crucial information. The “New Cases” segments are maintained in which we explore unpublished perspectives of the national reality, “Archive” that contains more than 300 investigations carried out by Fernando Villavicencio and the editorial team of Investigative Journalism (2017-2023). This new approach not only illuminates the path to justice, but also represents the new programming of Investigative Journalism. The call to action is clear: support and promote this brave medium and its new and exciting programming that will be the voice of Ecuador that fights against impunity and corruption.
