Pulse Ghana is a digital news and culture brand serving Ghana’s young, mobile audience. Launched in 2014 as part of Pulse Africa—Ringier’s regional media network—it publishes daily reporting and explainers spanning politics, business, entertainment, sports, lifestyle and human‑interest stories. Its newsroom produces short‑form video, social storytelling and live coverage tailored for platforms where Ghanaians spend their time, supported by original formats such as Pulse Undercover.
Beyond publishing, Pulse Ghana convenes the country’s creator economy through the annual Pulse Influencer Awards, a multi‑market program that recognizes leading digital creators across categories and stages simultaneous ceremonies in Pulse markets. The brand also works with companies and institutions on audience campaigns in Ghana, offering services from branded content and video production to social distribution and event coverage.
Pulse Ghana has earned industry recognition for audience engagement, notably winning WAN‑IFRA’s African Digital Media Award in 2022 for its Instagram strategy.
