Radio Ambulante is a podcast, distributed by National Public Radio (NPR), that tells Latin American stories from all Spanish-speaking countries, including the United States. It has more than 200 episodes produced in more than 20 countries. Its proposal is to bring the aesthetics of good written press reporting to the radio. Together with a talented community of radio reporters in different parts of the continent, they produce, distribute and exchange stories taking advantage of technological advances. Every week, Eliezer Budasoff and Silvia Viñas speak with reporters and protagonists to delve into the stories that impact the region. In 2024 Radio Ambulante Studios launched Central, the series channel of Radio Ambulante Etudios, which combines the narrative potential and journalistic rigor of the Radio Ambulante and El thread teams to delve into stories that speak to an entire continent.
