Red Prensa Verde

http://redprensaverde.org/
Non-profit digital magazine that independently reports on environmental and ecological events in Colombia. RPV is developed by journalists specialized in ecology and environment, who cover the areas of research, biodiversity, conservation, climate variability, science, community and environmental impact, in the natural regions of the country. Its work consists of investigating the biotic wealth of the country to show its state of conservation, potential and threats. RPV exposes its own news agenda and collaborates with national media and other countries, to publicize the state of biodiversity, the effects of climate change and the socio-environmental problems that afflict ecosystems and peasant, indigenous, black, marginalized and urban groups. "We have forged our motto "Stories of a megadiverse country" to mean that Colombia is an extremely biodiverse territory, that is, privileged with a high concentration of fauna and flora in each square meter. Wealth that reaches the limits of genetics, microorganisms, the different human groups and the cultures present in its extensive and diverse territories. How is this wealth that includes human beings found? What affects it? is what we try to decipher with our work. daily", they explain from the RPV.
