Reporteros De Investigacion

https://reporterosdeinvestigacion.com/

On June 16, 2017, the newspaper Reporteros de Investigacion was created. After several months of work, the media outlet was made known to the public on July 27, 2017. A month of work served to develop the initial profile of the project, design the site, generate alliances with networks that support journalism and freedom of expression, feed each section, the first journalistic investigation was the Erased Victims, published in January 2017 on the blog CrimeData.Inv; The mode of operation of the "social cleansing" squads in Honduras was investigated, while a third investigation was progressing related to the alleged existence of girls and boys infected with HIV by a foreigner who apparently made them victims of commercial sexual exploitation. Since the first publications, Investigative Reporters had an impact not only nationally but also internationally.

Investigative Reporters tries to be a collective construction with diverse voices, with diverse critical and conservative thoughts, it is also a space for citizen journalism and current information.

The intention of those who manage the site is to turn it into an interactive space that will take advantage of the growing comforts of information technology to reach the largest possible number of people nationally and internationally and in the short and long term, promote Data Journalism in the country.
