Skyscrapers cover different areas of the arts through criticism and discussion of cultural activities. They also include the reading community as writers/storytellers of their own experiences through public calls. Through strategic alliances, they focus on the dissemination of specific projects from different social development institutions compatible with their interests, through the preparation of reports, chronicles, podcasts and audiovisual material. They publish general narrative journalism whose production and distribution brings together a series of communities. On the one hand, it has a wide network of collaborators from different professions, from chroniclers and journalists, to writers, biologists, sociologists, to photographers, artists and cultural managers from Bolivia and any other nationality. In turn, its covers and illustrations are made by university graphic design students in strategic alliance with different academic training centers and artistic groups. On the other hand, it is characterized by the habit of bringing writing calls to its reading community, such as: Orchestra Women, Grandmothers, Stories from my Kitchen, Work Stories, Let's Imagine, Love Stories, Urban Characters. "In Rascacielos, multiple and diverse views and voices matter; and above all, our readers, chroniclers of daily life, fit in," he says on his website. Some of these calls were made in alliance with NGOs and international cooperation. It has also managed to be the point of convergence of institutions that promote narrative journalism by founding the Bartolomé Arzáns de Orsúa y Vela National Chronicle Award in 2019. The award has three versions made in alliance with organizations such as the Foundation for Journalism, the La Paz Departmental Book Chamber and the La Paz International Book Fair, and seven national media, including La Region."Chronicle, city and popular culture" is the slogan with which this narrative journalism magazine was born when it was distributed in print as a Sunday supplement of Diario Página 7. In 2022, the magazine became independent from the newspaper and turned its publication and distribution strategy to digital channels. Rascacielos is defined as a non-profit collective on its website where it also indicates that it supports itself by carrying out special projects in alliance with organizations.
