Roundcheck is a fact-checking organisation based in Nigeria, dedicated to combating misinformation and promoting media and information literacy across Africa. Roundcheck operates a gender disinformation desk that documents false narratives around gender, most especially women and also gender disinformation facilitated by Artificial Intelligence.

The organisation runs a dynamic Volunteer Network, which recruits and trains young people to develop practical skills in fact-checking, research, and digital literacy. Roundcheck trainees and researchers have gone on to win several awards, from the Alfred Opubor Awards by the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID), to being a runner-up for the Africa Fact award 2025.
