The Tribuna dos Lagos grew out of its printed version, which was already distributed in the southwestern region of Paraná. With the prominence of digital, Silvana Tatto felt the need to migrate and, in 2004, created the portal that she manages and maintains to this day.

The journalist is the only professional who works on the site, relying solely on an outsourced company for improvements and maintenance. She covers regional events and relies on the help of press officers to keep the portal up to date.

The YouTube channel works as a kind of virtual TV, where she broadcasts the main events, including live transmissions.
