Visceral El Blog De Marce Arauz

http://marcearauz.blogspot.com/
Visceral is the first gastronomic journalism blog in Bolivia. Its main genres are the review and the chronicle. It has managed to position gastronomic journalism topics outside the traditional circles of gastronomy and in the fields of journalism and literature less than three years after its launch. Its founder, Marcela Arauz, gives conferences and workshops on writing about gastronomy with journalistic rigor and is also a reference source for content on Bolivian gastronomy made for international audiences. Visceral has relaunched its graphic identity and is currently looking for its business model.
