We do rigorous, bold, feminist and Latin American investigative journalism. We use the multiple tools of communication to help deconstruct machismo, and thus advance the achievement of the rights of women and the LGBTI community in Latin America and the Caribbean. We defend human rights by creating a safe space for women's stories in all their diversity and we project ourselves as an incubator of young feminist voices for the region. We believe that all journalism must be feminist. We firmly believe that the main function of journalism is to rigorously inform citizens so that they can make informed decisions in a democracy. This commitment to democracy implies the defense of human rights and, to that extent, journalism that is said to be without positions or political stakes is in defense of the status quo, which is nothing more than patriarchy. Our team is made up 100% of feminist women.
